Can you provide custom and personalised orders?
Custom and personalised orders are very welcome! You will need to send us a good quality photograph or picture of what you would like on your topper. Poor quality images will print poorly onto edible papers. Text can also be added to your image or most of the images that are available in my shop.
You can send us your image and/or text requirements by replying to the confirmation email that you recieve after purchase. Please look out for a reply from us which will include a proof copy of your topper so that you can approve it before it is printed.
Please note that shop opening times are 9am - 5pm Monday through till Friday and messages will be replied to within these times.
What sizes do you offer?
Edible images are printed onto an A4 sheet. The price is for one A4 sheet displaying one of the following - 1 x 7" cake topper OR 12 x 2" cupcake toppers OR 24 x 1.5" cupcake toppers. You will be able to choose your preference in each listing where available.
If you need a different size or shape please get in touch!
What is the difference between the edible papers?
All four papers are premium quality. Both wafer papers are the same except that the vanilla has a slightly sweeter taste compared to the regular wafer paper which has no flavour or sweetness at all.
The wafer card is the best choice for images that need to stand up in the frosting of your cake. It is thick and sturdy and will not wilt in humid conditions.
It really come down to personal preference but we prefer icing sheets for photo toppers as it is thicker and shows the colours up beautifully. Wafer paper is the best choice for butterflies and regular, unflavoured wafer is the healthier option and can also be used on savoury products.
If your image is very dark in colour, please consider choosing wafer card or icing paper. This is because the paper gets very wet with the amount of ink used to achieve the dark colours and the thinner wafer paper tends to stretch which may lead to it not lying completely flat on your cake.
You may find that dark icing or frosting will show through wafer paper as it is translucent so in this case an icing topper would be better.

Please be aware...
Colours of edible prints will differ slightly when you receive them to what you see on your screen. The same shade can vary greatly from one screen to another.
Also, please be aware that colours on edible prints can be darker or lighter due to how the edible ink soaks into the edible paper.
Sometimes, especially when printing onto icing paper, there might be a faint track line from the rollers of the printer running across the page during printing. This is unavoidable unfortunately but it is usually not very noticable.
